Weight Loss Calculator

Using your input height, weight, age, and sex, the Calorie Calculator estimates your basal metabolic rate (BMR). Your BMR is then multiplied against your input activity level to produce an approximate total daily calorie requirement. Use this number as baseline of calories needed to maintain your current weight. For weight gain or weight loss, the calculator will subtract an estimated amount of calories to or from this baseline.
